top level
This area contains three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with ensuite, super-king double or twin single room and a queen bedroom. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom, plus laundry. Each villa sleeps up to six guests.
Ground LEVEL
The ground floor level features keyless digital entry into the main living area, complete with fully-equipped chef's kitchen, spacious dining and comfortable couches in the living area - perfect for entertaining family or friends by the gas fire. Beyond the French doors from the living area, each villa has its own outdoor courtyard with table and chairs for four people. Every apartment has its own secure garage with electronic remote-controlled door.

The footprint and layout of each Esplanade Queenstown villa are the same, with furnishings being almost identical.
Kitchen, Dining & Living
Each Esplanade Queenstown villa has its own magnificent chef's kitchen, complete with gas stove, large electric oven, microwave, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a large variety of kitchen utensils, cookware and cutlery, crockery and glassware for up to six guests. The living area includes comfortable two- and three-seater couches, plus a large flat-screen television, stereo/DVD player, coffee table, ottoman and gas fire. The dining area includes a sideboard and a dining table and chairs for six people.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom with king-size bed also has its own ensuite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms - one a super-king double or twin single and the other a queen double - share a bathroom and toilet. The laundry is also on this level.
Garage & Parking
Each Esplanade Queenstown apartment has two free carparks. Your own secure garage with electronic remote-controlled door and an adjacent uncovered parking space. Both these parks are situated directly at your back door making pickups, drop-offs and the inevitable gear loading and unloading a breeze.
Additional parking for guests and visitors is accessible roadside adjacent to your courtyard and front door.
