BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Payment due dates:
Payment One - A deposit of 50% of your accommodation cost is required to secure your apartment. This will be automatically charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
Payment Two - The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be automatically charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. (Please note: Credit card data is held in a secure and encrypted environment).
For bookings made within 30 days of your arrival – 100% of your accommodation cost will be charged at the time of booking. (This is still processed in two payments).
All card transactions incur an additional 3%, which is charged in Payment Two along with any add-ons like baby equipment hire or roll-away bed.
Payment Two alternate payment method – If you prefer to make Payment Two via bank transfer into our NZ bank account please advise us in the SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS field in the online booking form and we will email you through our bank details. All bank transfer fees must be paid by the payer. Please note - all international bank transfers incur an additional NZ$25 fee per transaction. Any shortfall in bank transfer payments will be charged to your credit card.
All bookings require credit card details to be held on file as security on the apartment, in case of any incidentals (eg. telephone charges) or damage to the property.
Prices and information are subject to availability and rates at the actual time of booking.
A booking is deemed to be confirmed and an apartment secured once the deposit is paid and a credit card number is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS
Cancellations 30 days or more - If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in: a cancellation fee of 25% of the total accommodation cost applies - this equates to 50% of the deposit.
- Example: 4 night booking @ $500 per night = $2000
- Deposit 50%: $1000 For booking made more than 30 days prior to check-in
- Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to check in
- Refund: $500 (25% of total cost - equates to 50% of the deposit.)
The refund will be credited to the credit card number held on file.
