The Esplanade Queenstown Apartments were built in 2006, are all identical and share the same incredible views. The ground floor level consists of the main living area, complete with fully equipped chef's kitchen and spacious dining area. This open plan design coupled with the large and comfortable couches and gas fireplace situated in the living area makes The Esplanade Queenstown the perfect setting for entertaining evenings in with both family and friends.

The Esplanade Queenstown Apartments were built in 2006, are all identical and share the same incredible views. The ground floor level consists of the main living area, complete with fully equipped chef's kitchen and spacious dining area. This open plan design coupled with the large and comfortable couches and gas fireplace situated in the living area makes The Esplanade Queenstown the perfect setting for entertaining evenings in with both family and friends.

Bedrooms

The upper level plays host to all three bedrooms: the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite (equipped with lake-facing bathtub); the second bedroom featuring either a super-king or twin single beds (bed can be split into two singles); and the third bedroom featuring a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom on the same level and much like the master's en-suite, feature luxuries such as underfloor heating and heated towel rail.

Every bedroom is designed with all seasons in mind, with heaters in each as well as ceiling fans fitted throughout to ensure you are comfortable in the evenings throughout the warmer months. Each apartment sleeps up to six guests making them ideal for families and groups of friends alike. You will also find the laundry cupboard on the second level, playing host to the washing and drying facilities.

In a similar fashion to each of the bedrooms, The Esplanade Queenstown Apartments open plan lounge/kitchen and dining areas have been intricately designed with all seasons in mind. In the winter, guests can curl up and lounge in front of the gas fireplace after a long and arduous day of skiing. Conversely, in the warmer months, you are free to relax in your private courtyard with a cold drink in hand and make the very most of Queenstown's long and serene summer nights.

Location

When making The Esplanade your home away from home on your Queenstown holiday you are rewarded by the proximity to central Queenstown. Walking from The Esplanade Apartments to the town centre is likely to take you less than 10 minutes, all of which is along flat paved walkways meaning embracing Queenstown’s shopping, world-class restaurants, entertainment and nightlife could not be easier.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find lakeside public barbeque facilities, as well as a children's play area and lakeside walking track. Furthermore, depending on the company and activity in mind, tour operators are happy to collect directly from your accommodation if this is an option they happen to offer.

The View

Given the location, it is no surprise to discover the view afforded from all of The Esplanade apartments is unbelievable. In the immediate foreground you are presented with Lake Wakatipu, New Zealand’s third-largest lake, and in the background the imposing Remarkables Mountain Range (one of the region’s ski fields) and the Southern Alps. On clear days, the view afforded lakeside is stunning to the point that it begins to appear artificial with sunrise and sunsets worthy of any Instagram feed.
